This is a contract role for an IT Support position at PT. Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT) located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, providing help desk support, and ensuring smooth operations of information technology systems on-site.

Kualifikasi
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology
• Help Desk Support
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or equivalent
• Diploma’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Have experience (min) 1 year in IT Infra Syadmin (Network, Data Center & Email)
• Expert in troubleshoot and have a good analyze in problems
• Knowing about Server & Storage, physical or virtualization (preferably Vmware)
• Knowing about Backup System (Preferably Commvault)
• Knowing about Active Directory, DHCP & DNS
• Knowing about the Mail System
• Know about Network (Minimum Layer 1, 2 & 3 at OSI Layer)
• Can work in teams and willing to work under pressure
