Established February 10th 2000, focusing on electronic payment system in Indonesia. Artajasa is the principal of ATM Bersama which become the largest Switching network in Indonesia, and has been connected with many institutions, both Banks and non-Bank institutions. ATM Bersama is also connected to other international principals such as Paynet from Malaysia, JCB from Japan, and AL Rajhi from Saudi Arabia. At present, 90 institutions have joined the Joint ATM network and are connected with more than 77,000 ATMs throughout Indonesia.

Kewajiban
• Develop and implement employee relations strategies to maintain a harmonious workplace.
• Handle employee issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing guidance on legal matters related to employment.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and workplace incidents.
• Develop and review company policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with current legislation.
• Organize and coordinate employee activities and events to promote a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and ensure confidentiality.
• Monitor and analyze trends in employee relations to proactively address potential issues.
• Collaborate with HR and management to promote a positive and productive work environment.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or a related field.
• Proven experience in Industrial & Employee relations.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
