Kewajiban
• To provide technical support to operations of the Precious Metal Recovery Plant by preparing production plans to achieve the budgeted production in collaboration with other process plants in the smelter complex.
• To provide technical support to engineering team associated to the Precious Metal Recovery Plant by giving inputs for preparing preventive and predictive maintenance schedule and condition monitoring plans.
• To supervise implementation of Standard Operating Processes, and relevant statutory, safety, health, environment norms and enable continuous training of the team.
Kualifikasi
• Graduate in Chemical Engineering; Mineral Processing; Pyrometallurgy; Metallurgical Engineering; Process Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant department industry. Several years 3 – 7 supervisory or capacity in the relevant department industry.
• Domain knowledge of operations of process plants.
• Understanding of production planning.
• Understanding of quality systems and process control tools.
• Planning and organization skills.
