Spec. Inventory CTR & Cataloguing is responsible for maximizing warehouse inventory turnover and material availability through constant analysis by maintaining stock levels at optimal settings, and also responsible for optimizing Company’s investment in warehouse inventory holdings that suitably supports agreed production targets.

Kewajiban

• To process and analyse recommended orders to ensure replenishment of warehouse inventory occurs in a timely and efficient manner.
• To analyse, forecast, schedule and optimize inventory goods and materials.
• To analyse and review inactive items under their area of responsibility through ongoing communication and reviews with end-users.
• To ensure optimal inventory re-order points and settings are established within the Ellipse system to ensure requirements are fulfilled and internal customer satisfaction is maintained.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum of senior high school education or equivalent.
• 4 years of work experience in either warehouse / inventory / supply chain management roles.
• Having cataloguing experience is preferable.
• Working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and Power-Point applications.
• Must have strong ability to plan, organize work and maintain adherence to policies and procedures.
• Good communication / writing / reading skill both Indonesia and English.
• Well-developed computer skills preferably with a background in ELLIPSE.
