Kewajiban
• Monitor and ensure all assigned projects are delivered with high quality and match client requirement
• Ensure all project team to have good environment in order to build proactive and independent project team
• Identify critical issues/upcoming potential issues and provide effective solutions to achieve smooth project deliverables
• Create practical innovations to improve internal or external project management activity
• Empower team member to achieve their career development
• Make sure all the projects are properly documented
• Manage relationships with clients and other external parties
• Support Head and Director of PMO to implement business improvement idea to improve Project Analyst & QA Analyst team
Kualifikasi
• Min. 2 years experience as QA Analyst Lead/Project Analyst Lead
• Min. 1 years experience as a Lead of small teams (4-6 person)
• Have a strong leadership skill, problem-solving and analytical skills.
