Kewajiban
• Liaise with Business Units, Project Member and Permit Authorizers to facilitate permit applications, approvals and for other safety & compliance related matters.
• Prepare and review permit applications to ensure information is complete and record any non-conformances.
• Coordinate paperwork and applications with outside consultants as necessary.
• Submit, distribute and file paperwork and enter data for various permits such as building, design review, standard plan, plan changes, and amendment permits.
• Work closely with the authorities on the status of permits and ensure they are processed in a timely manner.
• Monitor and create reports, correspondence and narratives in regards of permit issues.
• Organize communications in any matters related to permit activities and requirements upon request.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Laws and Regulations or related fields.
• 1-3 years proven experiences in Permit Department.
• Good business English communication skills with a good presentation skill.
• Good command of Ms. Office i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks assigned with good follow-up skill.
• Able to focus on important information and identify key details.
• Capable of following guidelines and ensuring efficiency on tasks.
