The HR Manager (HRBP-Hospital) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the hospital, ensuring effective recruitment, employee development, and compliance with regulations.
Kewajiban
• Overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensations & benefits, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
• Conducting training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitoring and assessing employee engagement and satisfaction, and developing strategies to enhance the overall employee experience.
• Leading and supporting HR initiatives and projects in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Collaborating with department heads to identify training and development needs and facilitate learning opportunities for employees at all levels.
• Leading diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace where all employees feel valued and supported.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in both HRM and HRD functions.
• Has experience at the management level with team management experience.
• Has experience in the hospital or other related industries.
• Intermediate command of English skills.
