The Senior Engineer - Production Engineer is responsible for investigating root causes of issues, improving processes and product quality, and leading chemical projects while ensuring effective communication with management and team members.

Kewajiban

• Co-operate and investigate root cause of trouble support PD group.
• Control and improve all process, Quality, increase productivity, reduce waste of process.
• Improve quality and capability improvement of product.
• Evaluation each performance of material source change and product to make sure the quality.
• Lead chemical concerning projects such as SoC, Phosphate, Adhesive, Compound and recipe compound.
• Report progress, problem and corrective suggestion to management level, and share information to involve concern section.
• Suggest and coach to EN-1,2 about each job and lead own group as group leader.

Kualifikasi

• Have computer skills.
• 5 years or more in fields as Engineer.

• สาขาวิชา : Industrial, Machanical, chemical Engineering.
• Ability to train the work group and lead team within the work group.
