PropertyGuru is seeking a dynamic and driven Telesales Executive who thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and is eager to exceed targets. This role is perfect for individuals with a hunter mentality and a strong desire for success.

Kewajiban

• Aggressively pursue outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify, target, and close sales through high-volume phone outreach, focusing on converting leads into customers.
• Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including call volume, appointments set, and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Manage and overcome objections to close deals and achieve sales quotas.
• Provide exceptional customer service while balancing the need to drive results and close sales.

Kualifikasi

• Proven experience in telesales or cold calling roles with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented with an unstoppable desire to succeed.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decisions quickly.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines effectively.
