We’re looking for a Pricing & Commercial manager who has the ultimate responsibility for understanding the business objectives and in turn, developing and implementing a pricing strategy that will support our company goals. The candidate needs to have the right mindset and cultural fit within a highly-dynamic, data driven.
Kewajiban
• Conduct complex analysis including customer, competitor and market insights from internal and external sources to validate recommendations.
• Building scenario-driven models to evaluate new opportunities.
• Develop succinct, insightful, data driven conclusions and present to senior stakeholders making recommendations on opportunities or threats to prioritise.
• Work successfully across stakeholders and partners internally and externally to ensure programs and initiatives you are running stay on track.
• Build pricing system working with data and analytics team.
• Defining pricing strategies in line with customer demand and healthy stock management.
• Identify product segments for pricing opportunities.
• Support commercial in reviewing performance of an event and make recommendations.
• Analysing price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Business Analysis and Management or any related fields.
• Having at least 5-7 years of experiences in Trade Marketing / Commercial with retail / dynamic business background would be a BIG plus.
• Experience developing strategic plans and initiatives using operational, consumer and financial analysis to inform, develop and challenge the results.
• Commercially minded with strong financial modelling skills.
• Solution oriented with an entrepreneurial approach and ability to manage ambiguity.
• Able to clearly, concisely and influentially communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences and formats - leverages data and visualising clearly.
• Able to engage, influence and challenge at a senior level and successfully build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working across teams to develop advanced models and systems, always with a mind on the business objectives of the work.
