Exciting opportunity to be the Media Planning & Operation Senior Manager for P&G Thailand organization. Media Operations team is a group of Media experts across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region (AMA).

Kewajiban

• Enable Brand fundamentals and drive media-led brand growth by media strategies, planning and operation, while fueling increasing media productivity & value.
• Be a trusted internal Media expert consultant for leadership and brand/ commercial team. Define and implement Thailand innovative plan via continuous test & learn (e.g., new media platform, tool/ data innovation).
• Bring an industry first, ownable sustainable media platform led amplification opportunities for brands.
• Strengthen media operations standard, and implement operations, in line with financial controls and stewardship.
• Identify internal and external systemic opportunities to drive work efficiency.
• Analysis of media research including return of investment analysis.

Kualifikasi

• Deep understanding of the Thailand media landscape.
• 6-7+ years of experience in media planning, operation in Agency, Advertisers or Media publishers, especially in International Company.
• Digital hands on operations experience – Google Adwords, FB Business Manager, DV360, Tagging Operation, etc.
• Solid relationship with media vendor.
• Strong leadership skills to influence leadership and brand/ commercial team to create Media impact.
• Ability to lead change and drive innovation.
• High collaboration skills internally and externally, logical, meticulous & high attention to details.
• Strong analytical ability to develop data driven media strategies.
• Focus on consumer media insights and influence the brand media strategies based on those.
• Comfortable to navigate under complex, fast-paced & agile organization.
