Detail posisi

The RD-Mechanical Engineer position involves product design architecture, coordination with various departments, and experience in mechanical design and development processes.

Kewajiban

• Familiar with 3C system product architecture, development processes, and mass production experience.
• Plan product design architecture, select key components and materials.
• Coordinate with other departments such as EE, SW, PM, and factory engineers to clarify and resolve design issues.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and factories to establish module and part assembly processes and tolerances.
• Review and respond to customer RFQs, with experience in customer and internal communication and coordination.
• Familiar with the development processes for metal stamping parts, plastic and rubber components, aluminum extrusion molding, and derivative jigs, as well as ultrasonic welding and laser engraving.
• Experience in mechanical design, appearance design, packaging design, sheet metal/plastic/rubber parts, BOM, CAE, drawing reviews, mold trial, and mold modification.
• Proficient in Pro/E and AutoCAD software.

Kualifikasi

• 1+ years of experience in the consumer computer peripheral manufacturing industry, with preferred experience in the development of NB, tablets, touchpads, or keyboards.
• Proficient in Pro/E and AutoCAD software.
• Fluent in Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing in English or Chinese.
