Kewajiban
• daily MES maintenance and support
• system configuration and maintenance,
• system monitoring,
• user support,
• troubleshooting, permissions management, and documentation upkeep.
Kualifikasi
• Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficiency in everyday office software
• Basic understanding of Windows operations with some troubleshooting ability
• Preferred experience in information system maintenance within a manufacturing environment or in IT support roles
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of following standardized procedures
• Experience in maintaining manufacturing systems such as MES, WMS, ERP
• Basic programming knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in basic Chinese communication is a plus
