Kewajiban
• Plans with HR Manager and organizes employee activities such as training and other motivation programs
• Provides recommendations to managers to assist them in dealing with employee issues and industrial relations
• Ensures HR processes are executed in accordance with internal controls
• Creates, processes and maintains HR records
• Maintains job descriptions and organizational charts
• Oversees the day to day HR operations
• Recruits and primary interviews for open positions
• Conducts new hire orientations and exit interviews
• Assists in implementation and administration of HR policies and initiatives
• Manage on the learning & development all Process
• Handle and Co-ordinate on IATF16949, ISO14001, RBA
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in automotive industry or related fields
• Basic knowledge of labor law and other related laws
• Can communicate in English both spoken and written
