The Senior Global Supply Chain Executive is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including strategic planning, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships.

Kewajiban

• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement global supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain to ensure business continuity.
• Evaluate and implement supply chain technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Logistics and Process Improvement:
• Research and improve existing supply chain logistics processes to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee global logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.

• Procurement and Supplier Management:
• Follow the company’s standardized procurement process to ensure timely shipments from suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Communicate with the distribution team about supply and quality issues.

• Inventory and Demand Planning:
• Develop a SKU-level statistical forecast by collaborating with cross-functional teams to review historical data and evaluate promotion activities.
• Set SKU structure and maintain SKU master data on the B Plus system.
• Implement inventory management best practices to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts.

• Order Management:
• Manage the ordering process (Purchase Orders) and coordinate payment requisitions with the accounting team.
• Prepare monthly and weekly supply plans to ensure stock availability and meet business demands.

• Financial Management:
• Develop and manage the global supply chain budget.
• Monitor and report on key supply chain metrics and performance indicators.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction initiatives.

• Continuous Improvement:
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain strategies.
• Strong knowledge of global logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong affinity for working with numerical data.
• Good English skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
