We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator with a focus on Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to join our marketing team. This role will involve coordinating and managing our KOL relationships, campaigns, and initiatives to enhance our brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• KOLs Management:
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
• Develop and execute KOL engagement strategies to promote our products and brand.
• Monitor KOL performance and campaign outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Campaign Coordination:
• Plan, execute, and manage KOL campaigns across various digital platforms (social media, blogs, etc.).
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing reports to measure success and ROI.
• Content Collaboration:
• Collaborate with KOLs to create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Assist in creating always on contents across all social media platforms.
• Market Research and Trend Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify new KOL opportunities and trends in the industry.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for KOLs, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Compliance and Legal:
• Ensure all KOL activities comply with relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
• Manage contracts, agreements, and payments for KOL collaborations.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, content creation, LIVE, or related roles.
• Proven track record of managing KOL or influencer campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
• Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
• Experience with video production and editing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
