Kewajiban
• Build, coordinate, and manage affiliate programs in collaboration with outsourced agencies, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs).
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to enhance performance and drive growth.
• Analyze affiliate program metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and ensure program compliance.
• Continuously monitor affiliate activities and performance to optimize program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials for affiliates.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaign materials to affiliates to support their promotional efforts.
• Generate and analyze reports on affiliate program metrics, including sales, traffic, and conversions.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving affiliate performance and achieving targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and potential affiliates to expand the program and drive growth.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and achieving performance goals.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and manage relationships with affiliates and partners.
