The Procurement Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms of service.
• Manage the procurement process, from requisition through to order fulfillment and payment.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and ensure timely supply of materials.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and supplier developments.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective supplier relationships.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
