Your Job Description & Key Responsibilities…
• Procurement Management: Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials, packaging, and other supplies, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to meet production schedules.
• Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and sustainability.
• Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all procured materials meet relevant regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, REACH) and maintain accurate documentation for compliance purposes.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews and audits to ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Inventory Control & Planning: Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of materials and supplies, minimizing stock outs or overstocking, and coordinating with production teams for timely replenishment.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance and Production teams to align procurement activities with product requirements and regulatory approvals.
• Market Research & Supplier Development: Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate alternative sourcing options to improve cost efficiency, product quality, and supplier performance.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track and report on procurement performance metrics (e.g., cost savings, lead times, supplier performance) and contribute to strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.

Kualifikasi

Qualification We're looking for..
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the consumer.
