An Export Coordinator is responsible for managing export documentation and coordinating with international partners to ensure efficient and compliant export processes. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication with various stakeholders.
Kewajiban
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
• Ensure all documents comply with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions.
• Communicate with our partners, including freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers, to arrange shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export documentation or shipment delays.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to streamline export operations.
• Stay updated on international trade regulations and export compliance requirements.
• Ensure all export activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in audits and compliance checks related to export activities.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in export coordination or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and export management software.
• Ability to work well with teams and independently.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
