The E-commerce Operations Executive will assist in the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business, supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, customer service, and other operational tasks.
Kewajiban
• Order Processing:
• Assist in processing customer orders and ensuring they are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to facilitate the shipping process.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or low stock issues.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and stock takes.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Logistics Support:
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues that arise.
• Customer Service:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, phone, or chat.
• Handle customer complaints and returns, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Gather and report customer feedback to help improve the overall customer experience.
• Data Entry and Reporting:
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of orders, inventory, and shipments.
• Generate regular reports on order fulfillment, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
• Administrative Support:
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the e-commerce operations team.
• Help with organizing and maintaining e-commerce documents and files.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in e-commerce operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms, e.g., Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
