We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator with a focus on Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to join our team. The role involves managing KOL relationships, campaigns, and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
Kewajiban
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
• Develop and execute KOL engagement strategies to promote products and brand.
• Monitor KOL performance and campaign outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Plan, execute, and manage KOL campaigns across various digital platforms (social media, blogs, etc.).
• Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing reports to measure success and ROI.
• Collaborate with KOLs to create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Assist in creating always on contents across all social media platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify new KOL opportunities and trends in the industry.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for KOLs, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Ensure all KOL activities comply with relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
• Manage contracts, agreements, and payments for KOL collaborations.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, content creation, LIVE , or related roles.
• Proven track record of managing KOL or influencer campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
• Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
• Experience with video production and editing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
