In this role, you’ll be expected to manage product requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure high standards of user experience.

Kewajiban

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications by producing product requirement documents that are development-ready and deliver the highest standards of UX to the end-user.
• Build and maintain project deliverables and schedules to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with all relevant project stakeholders, including frequent interactions with C-level leadership.
• Effectively manage coordination, anticipate risks and blockers, and resolve complex technical issues to maintain project momentum.
• Support business teams in design decisions and technical feasibility assessments, providing clear and honest feedback when needed.
• Take the lead in testing third-party APIs and devise creative hacks, workarounds, and alternatives.
• Be deeply familiar with every app feature across development and production, define test cases for UAT, and act as a champion of quality.
• Take on additional technical assignments as they arise.

Kualifikasi

• Has 5+ years of experience leading projects as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master.
• Is passionate about building B2C software that end-users love, embraces design thinking, and strives for perfection in UX.
• Possesses a strong technical mindset and is familiar with software development best practices (Scrum, Agile, test-driven development, etc.).
• Has excellent execution and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Knows how to drive results from developers and is comfortable communicating with them (prior experience as a developer is a plus).
• Can multitask and manage multiple workstreams involving internal tech teams, external development partners, and third-party integrations.
• Is proficient in writing feature requirements and acceptance criteria, creating wireframes, and grooming product backlogs (experience with Jira preferred).
• Holds a technical degree from a top university.
• Has experience studying or working outside Thailand and ideally possesses prior experience in B2C Banking, Payments, Trading & Investment, Crypto, or another B2C e-commerce sector.
• Is ideally a Thai national fluent in both spoken and written English (exceptionally strong expatriate candidates will also be considered).
