Detail posisi

The Business Support Officer will support the Chief Investment Officer in daily operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and facilitating internal processes. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask across different areas.

Kewajiban

• Take and distribute meeting minutes.
• Create presentations for CIO’s meetings and engagements.
• Handle PR, PO, and payment processes.
• Design and maintain the CIO's schedule and calendar.
• Organize meetings, events, and follow-ups on action items.
• Assist with public relations and communications as needed.
• Liaise with departments to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in executive offices.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with procurement and payment processing systems is a plus.
