Pi Securities is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented legal professional with 3-5 years of experience in the securities industry or business legal field. The ideal candidate will assist with legal matters related to business and commercial law, securities law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing firm while developing expertise in the financial services sector.
Kewajiban
• Draft, review and revise various kinds of commercial agreements and legal documentations e.g. joint venture agreements, commercial and business agreement, service agreement, MOU, NDA, etc., including assess legal implications that need to be brought to the executive management’s attention, and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
• Participate in negotiating legal terms and conditions of contracts and any legal documentations, advise on new business ventures and transactional matters.
• Provide broad legal advice on various aspects of law (including commercial and contract laws, company laws, and securities laws)
• Manage legal compliance and good governance process.
• Arrange Board and Shareholders meetings, take minutes.
• Organize legal documents filing both paper documents and electronic files.
• Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management.
• handle corporal legal affairs and inquiries and liaise with DBD office.
• Assist in handling corporate governance matters, including board resolutions and shareholder agreements, in compliance with Thai corporate law.
• Provide support in dispute resolution, litigation, and regulatory inquiries related to securities transactions.
• Maintain accurate legal documentation and ensure proper record-keeping in compliance with Thai legal standards.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• 3-5 years of experience in securities law, financial regulations, or corporate legal departments.
• Familiarity with securities regulations, financial instruments, and compliance requirements in the securities industry.
• Strong analytical and legal research skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities both Thai and English language.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
