The HR Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to meet the company's manpower needs, leading the recruitment team, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Kewajiban
• Responsible in handling proper end to end recruitment process to fulfill manpower request as company needed.
• Able to lead and coordinate the team to ensure the recruitment process proceed base on company procedures and met the SLA.
• Liaise with HR Team and related stakeholders.
• Create monthly report and responsible to present to Head Division.
Kualifikasi
• A bachelor degree in any field.
• At least 3-5 year of experience as a Sourcing Manager in outsourcing company.
• Have analytical skills and able to create strategies in employee fulfillment.
• Able to work under pressure, personal and in a team.
• Familiar in using Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to communicate and write in English.
• Have an extensive network related to mass recruitment of prospective employees.
• Have good leadership and analytical.
• Strong management skills.
• Available to start immediately.
