Detail posisi

The Supply Chain Officer will play a crucial role in optimizing supply chain operations, collaborating with various teams to streamline processes and enhance overall performance.

Kewajiban

• Plan and issue PO support sales team to prevent out of stock at DC
• Plan promotion supply support sales team (PMH, PFN) – Hansa promotion, Flash sales, YP promotion and urgent promotion
• Coordinate with Warehouse team related inbound and outbound activities
• Update DC out of stock items and inform related departments (Medical center, Tele sales)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan procurement effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory costs
• Analyze data and trends to identify supply chain inefficiencies and propose solutions for process improvement

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Supply Planning or sales support and has experience in dealing with logistics and supply chain teams
• Analytical skill, planning skill, Negotiation skill, Problem solving, decision making, and business acumen
• Good Excel,Power BI,Power Automate skill
• Pro-active and able to plan ahead
• High service mind and interpersonal skill
