The Facility Admin is responsible for coordinating branch opening and closing activities, as well as overseeing renovation projects. They are also in charge of procurement and contracting tasks, as well as monitoring contractor and maintenance department activities. The role may also involve other assigned tasks.
Kewajiban
• Coordinate branch opening and closing activities
• Coordinate renovation projects with operations, maintenance, and external/internal contractor departments
• Handle procurement and contracting tasks, such as furniture purchases and signage
• Coordinate with contractors and maintenance department for branch opening and maintenance, ensuring work progress and timelines are met
• Track approved purchases/production of goods and equipment
• Perform other related tasks as assigned
Kualifikasi
• Male/Female, aged 25 years and above
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• At least 2 years of administrative experience, construction site administrative experience is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, resilience, and ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in office computer programs
• Ability to read, interpret, or create construction drawings and designs is a plus
• Immediate availability is a plus
• Willingness to travel to different provinces to visit branch sites
