The Digital Marketing Manager at PETOUR INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. This role involves managing online campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts. The position reports directly to the CEO and cofounder, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Kewajiban

• Develop compelling advertorial content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Create and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach target audiences.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team to foster growth and development.
• Plan and optimize digital advertising campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI).
• Manage online marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Implement lead generation strategies to nurture potential clients through effective marketing tactics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate marketing strategies.
• Conduct research on market trends to recommend improvements for brand content and engagement.
• Monitor marketing metrics and prepare reports to track progress and optimize strategies.
• Manage a team to produce engaging and effective digital content that supports business goals.

Kualifikasi

• Experience in digital marketing and related fields of at least 5 years
• Knowledge of digital marketing, strategy development, analysis, and lead generation
• Familiarity with managing social media performance
• Experience in generating and nurturing leads
• Ability to create and stimulate action through content creation
• Previous work in the pet food industry will receive special consideration
• Experience with high engagement content will receive special consideration
• Good command of English
