The Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for managing microbiological and chemical testing, coordinating with external laboratories, and ensuring compliance with quality systems while overseeing team performance and providing necessary training.

Kewajiban

• Manage the microbiological and chemical testing of the laboratory
• Coordinate some tests with external laboratories
• Maintain and control laboratory's documentation and operation in accordance to Quality system
• Maintain the laboratory team and participate to the activities related to the monitoring of the team performance
• Provide necessary training to direct subordinates
• Validate test methods used at the laboratory
• Review and approved test methods of external laboratories and monitor the manufacturing environment

Kualifikasi

• Education : Bachelor degree in Science (Microbiology).
• Working experience : 5-8 years as laboratory analysist or supervisor in medical device or pharmaceutical field company.
• Specific skill/knowledge : Able to use computer (excel, word, power point)
• General knowledge : Good command English
