Detail posisi

The Logistics Assistant Manager (Import & Export) is responsible for overseeing the import and export processes, providing guidance to the team, and ensuring compliance with regulations while optimizing costs and efficiency.

Kewajiban

• Plan the team's weekly work and follow up, give advice, and help solve problems in order to achieve as planned. Or tell the manager if you need help.
• Provide advice on drafting L/C (Export).
• Provide advice on solving problems and obstacles to the Import-Export and SC-BP teams.
• Supervise and control various license applications related to import and export as planned.
• Supervise/control the use of customs benefits to get the most benefit.
• Supervise/control and coordinate various tax refund requests (Import-Export) according to the schedule specified in the SLA.
• Control imports and exports to be legal on both the exporter's side and the destination importer of the company within the time specified in the SLA and in line with company policy.
• Control making and submitting production formulas at the Ministry of Commerce.
• Control costs and expenses incurred in import-export and reduce extra costs.
• Review and approve the work of Import-Export or request work approval according to approval authority regulations.
• Prepare various reports related to Import-Export including KPI & SLA related to logistics work.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor of Business Administration Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business Management or other related fields.
• At least 8 years of experience in import/export.
• Have knowledge and experience in export/import documents and working with relevant government agencies such as the Customs Department.
• Passed customs agent or customs specialist training.
• Have leadership Manage and develop a team.
• Have analytical skills and problem solving.
• Have the skills to negotiate with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
• Able to work with documents in detail, carefully and correctly.
• Able to use Microsoft Office programs well such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
• Able to communicate in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing) well.
• TOEIC test results (if any).
