หัวหน้ากลุ่มผลิตจะรับผิดชอบในการควบคุมการผลิตและการฝึกอบรมพนักงานเพื่อให้บรรลุแผนการผลิตประจำวัน.

Kewajiban

• Control production for subordinates and ensure they can achieve daily plans.
• Create work instruction and relate document to standardize production process.
• Defined needs for man, machine, tool, equipment for production line.
• Enforce company rules and regulations on all production workers.
• Maintain and Implement 5S system.
• Training and coaching subordinates.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Related.
• Minimum 4-6 years direct experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Lean & Six Sigma (Green belt certification at minimum).
• Experience in ERP software.
