Detail posisi

The Senior Sales - Modern Trade position in the Pet Food Business is responsible for achieving sales targets, collaborating on promotional activities, and maintaining relationships with key customers.

Kewajiban

• Commit to achieve agreed sales budget under responsibility.
• Work closely on sales activity and promotion plan with Trade/Marketing.
• Conduct sales performance evaluation, review business plan, year-to-date sales and business problems with key customers.
• Analyze market information and competitive activities and explore new business opportunities.
• Maintain good relationship with key customers (Tops, Online 7-11, pet shop chain). Provide them business with strategy, goals, and plans of the department including sharing market information and coordinating in solving business and product problems.
• Propose promotion expenditure, control customer credit limits and credit terms within the limit of authority.
• Prepare sales monitoring reports and selling expense budget control.

Kualifikasi

• At least 3-7 years of experience in Modern Trade, Modern Pet Shop Chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
• Winning attitude and commitment excellence.
• Good planning and management skill.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
