Detail posisi

The AVP - Regulatory Affairs is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory legislation and guidelines in Thailand and international markets, representing the company in negotiations with regulatory authorities, and providing regulatory advice to internal teams.

Kewajiban

• Keep up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines in Thailand and International markets
• Ensure compliance with regulations of all products of destination countries our products be sold (Global markets: US/EU/ANZ/China/SEA…)
• Represent the company to work with government agencies on policy guidelines, inch liaising and negotiating with regulatory authorities
• Provide advice about regulations to team and related departments, and work with Marketing team on artwork development
• Build regulation database and documentation for internal records and government registration
• Product Registration/Importation to target countries
• Liaise with R&D/ Supply Chain/ Ops team or key stakeholders to ensure smooth transition of information & practices
• Able to work independently with project teams

Kualifikasi

• Master of Science or higher in Food Science/ Food Chem or related fields
• Track record of Regulatory Affair work in the Food industry (Human and/or Pet platforms)
• 7-10 year experiences in the industry
• Mature & polite, with collaboration sense
• Analytical thinking with good problem solving skills
• Attential to details
• Decisiveness/ Sense of urgency/ Proactive
• Good time management with flexibility
