PAT Luxury Group is a reputable retail management company in Bangkok, focusing on luxury retail products. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and developing interior design concepts, managing projects, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals.

Kewajiban

• Execute annual plans to achieve organizational goals.
• Interpret and verify design drawings at project sites for accuracy.
• Create and develop interior design concepts tailored to diverse ideas and aligned with each brand’s style.
• Provide support and consultation to various departments regarding interior design matters.
• Prepare appropriate schedules for interior design and implementation.
• Oversee the completion of interior design projects within the specified timeline.
• Research trends in fashion, technology, and new innovations to enhance interior design practices.
• Ensure workplace safety during construction and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Select contractors and suppliers while comparing the value and efficiency of each project.
• Verify contractors’ payment requests for structural works.
• Monitor and control the Loop Schedule for structural works to ensure alignment with project plans.
• Evaluate and approve project changes in cases of additions or reductions.
• Inspect and approve the return of performance guarantees upon project completion as per the agreed timeline.
• Review and provide recommendations to resolve and prevent potential issues in the project.
• Prepare and verify essential documents related to construction contracts, including design drawings, specifications, payment schedules, and construction cost estimates.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in interior design (experience in the retail industry is a plus).
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or other related programs.
• Strong ability to read and draft construction drawings, including the creation of effective 3D designs.
• A solid understanding of construction and interior design processes.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices (Sustainable Design) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with fashion trends and innovations related to interior design.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
