Kewajiban

• Plan, Develop, and Oversee Marketing Strategies: Create and manage marketing strategies for specific brands and products to drive brand recognition and market growth.
• Manage Brand Operations: Oversee all aspects of brand operations, including branding, store operations, sales targets, merchandising, and logistics, ensuring that each component aligns with brand objectives.
• Focus on Profitability and Budget Achievement: Monitor and ensure the ultimate profitability of brand management and adhere to budgetary goals, optimizing resources effectively.
• Report and Analyze Market Trends: Provide detailed and precise reports on market trends, sales performance, and strategies, using data to make informed decisions and predictions.
• Coordinate International Communications: Act as the liaison between the brand and international teams, including production, sales, advertising, and marketing, ensuring alignment with Headquarters' directions.
• Implement Promotional Campaigns and Events: Execute promotional campaigns and events, driving consumer engagement and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives: Work closely with sales teams to introduce and promote new initiatives, ensuring that marketing strategies align with sales objectives.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or retail operations.
• Strong understanding of branding, merchandising, and retail sales processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
• Proficiency in managing multiple aspects of brand operations, including budget management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to coordinate across international teams.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, and marketing software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
