The Customer Service Officer (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for providing high-quality support to customers in Mandarin/Cantonese, ensuring satisfaction and addressing inquiries and complaints effectively.

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Mandarin/Cantonese, ensuring high-quality service.
• Provide personalized assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and needs in a warm, courteous manner.
• Utilize your understanding of Chinese culture and language to build strong rapport with clients, offering an elevated service experience.
• Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction.
• Listen to and address customer complaints regarding products and services, providing guidance for resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products/service to offer tailored recommendations and detailed product information.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services as appropriate.
• Gather customer feedback to improve services and report issues to management.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or related fields.
• Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and/or Cantonese and Good command in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, passionate about customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, self-motivated and high responsibility.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to work on weekends and public holiday (Rotational shifts).
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
