Kewajiban

• Strategic Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to understand their needs, creating personalized recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives.
• Sourcing Excellence: Utilize your creativity and resourcefulness to identify and attract top-tier candidates through various channels. Whether it's crafting compelling job descriptions or tapping into your network, your sourcing game is on point.
• Interview: Coordinate and conduct interviews that go beyond the resume, assessing cultural fit and potential for growth within our organization.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate feels valued and supported throughout the recruitment process. From the first interaction to the final offer, you'll be the guide creating a memorable journey.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to optimize and refine our recruitment processes. Your analytical mindset will help us continually improve and adapt to the ever-evolving talent landscape.
• Brand Ambassador: Be the face of Pandora, both internally and externally. Attend events, network, and represent us with pride, showcasing why we are the employer of choice.

Kualifikasi

• Educated to Bachelor Degree Level
• 3 to 5 years+ Recruitment Agency / In House Talent Acquisition
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
• Be Digitally savvy and Change agent
• Trust and integrity with good emotional intelligence
• Confidence to challenge the status quo in a professional manner
• Good understanding of employer branding and the role that TA and Social Media channels play in this
• Strong stakeholder management skills with successful track record
