Kewajiban
• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets.
• Monitor and evaluate production performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Use engineering logic and creativity to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving production efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing product quality.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to production challenges.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the production team.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Production Management, Data Science, Statistic, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret production data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ERP systems).
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and guide a team.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
