Imagine being part of the Production Team for the world’s largest jewelry brand! If you have experience in Production Manufacturing, you could be our next Supervisor, Production (FE2) in Lamphun. In this role, you will build a capable and ideal team, embed company culture and values, and motivate the team for collaboration and performance.

Kewajiban

Production Management
• Oversee and manage daily production operations, with a focus on casting processes.
• Ensure efficiency, quality control, and safety compliance in all production activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a smooth and timely workflow.

Continuous Improvement
• Lead improvement projects to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
• Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
• Analyze production data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.

Team Leadership
• Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment with a focus on improvement process.
• Deep understanding of casting processes, metallurgical principles, and material properties. (a plus)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret technical data.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using production management and analysis software.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive results.
