Kewajiban

• Establish governance structures to ensure project compliance with management standards and methodologies.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks by creating strategies for timely resolution.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment across the organization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support resource allocation and capacity planning to secure necessary skills for project success.
• Oversee quality assurance to ensure project deliverables meet business objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project artifacts.

Kualifikasi

• Detail-oriented and organized, with 5-6 years of experience in a PMO role, preferably with SAP DMC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledgeable in project management methodologies like SAP Activate, Agile, or SAFE.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to track and communicate project progress.
• Analytical and solution-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in communication, able to work effectively with diverse teams.
• PMP or similar certification is desirable.
