Kewajiban

• Responsible for the fabrication of component parts for die development, spare parts, and Next Gen manufacturing initiatives, ensuring quality and adhering to schedules for delivery to enhance manufacturing productivity.
• Works under general supervision, involved in the quality assembly, fabrication, testing, and installation of stamping progressive die/single die.
• Interprets component parts drawings for die fabrication, spare parts, and Next Gen manufacturing initiatives to fabricate components for die development.
• Performs a range of operations on CNC machines, including grinding, tapping, drilling, milling, and turning.
• Assembles, fits, installs, and tests the component parts of die development to ensure durability and meet quality standards.
• Monitors all programs to ensure compliance with die design drawing instructions and safety protocols to complete tasks.

Kualifikasi

• Creates CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to support EDM/WEDM/3-Axis machines.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in manufacturing business.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in Die Development.
• Expert in solution a high degree of accuracy machining operation (EDM/WEDM/Laser/CNC-3 AXIS/CNC-5 AXIS/Press machine)
• Expert in CAM (Solid CAM, ZW CAM, TopSolid CAM).
• Expert in computer aided design (CAD) of tool and die design (Solidworks, TopSolid, ZW3D, NX UG CAD etc.)
• Experience to lead project/activity with cross functional team.
• Experience in lean systems, Six Sigma, KAIZEN.
• Able to work night shift.
• Graduated from a vocational or higher vocational program.
