Kewajiban
• Minimum 3-5 yrs. exp. in manufacturing for process improvement/process engineering.
• Build up and lead team to make action plan follow up communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure the team is able to deliver the result as company requirement.
• Analyst/Capture company data to find the root cause and propose the gap and actions.
• Investigate and fix critical production lines related to the process, system, tooling, and materials.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement.
• Initiate cost-saving projects and consolidate cost savings to meet the target.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in industrial / Process engineering, or related engineering field.
• Fair Command of English (both written and spoken).
• Good Skills in process improvement/process engineering in well-established (manufacturing business preferable).
• Can-do attitude with teamwork and knowledge in lean, six sigma, and statistic analytical skills.
