The Planning Supervisor or Assistant Manager position requires a Japanese-speaking professional with strong leadership skills to manage planning for sales and inventory in a manufacturing environment.
Kewajiban
• Managing planning both Sales and Inventory (PSI).
• Controlling and Maintaining order and delivery performance monthly.
• Preparing and issue company budget data.
• Controlling and Monitoring Sales amount and finish goods stock amount.
• Checking services parts and Sales price.
• Leading logistics planning team to achieve the target.
• Analyse and finding solutions to solve and prevent any issue which related to delivery, supply and shortage.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Management or related.
• At least 6 years working experience in Planning field from Manufacturing businesses.
• Experiences from Electronics or related manufacturing is a plus.
• Good command of Japanese with JLPT N1 or N2.
• Good command of English.
• Strong leadership ability with good interpersonal and communication skills.
