The Assistant General Manager of Logistic & BOI at PSTH Silom is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the organization's overall success.
Kewajiban
• Overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the company and responsible for managing various operational functions, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the organization's overall success.
• Within the framework of all Logistic & BOI functions, both domestic and oversea operational, custom and transport processes, Logistic team leader is to ensure the smooth of operations and follow up and managing to drive the activities.
• To ensure the KPI, quality, delivery, safety, security and operational accuracy are improved.
• Create the activities, plan project which be able to support business and create more valuable and sustainable growth in short, medium and long term for Procurement Division and Panasonic.
• Control overall jobs within department to be able to facilitate the Procurement Division’s activities, avoid unnecessary expenses and follow company's rule and regulations strictly.
• Experience with Inbound/Outbound operation team management experience.
• Manage freight forwarder (all modes, including air, ocean and truck package) to deliver shipments to customers on-time.
• Ensure effective communications and good service mind with internal and external stakeholder.
• Manage and supervise subordinates, on hand resources for the highest efficiency and effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degrees or higher in Logistic or Business Management, or a related field.
• Over 12 years’ experience of relevant working experience in Logistics (Import & Export) and BOI with trading especially in electronic device, resin, steel, non-ferrous, raw materials for producing end to end.
• Over 7 years’ experience in management skills with manage team size 6-10 persons.
• Working knowledge of import/export customs procedures and requirements including licensing, FTA and classification requirements. Experience on customs freezone is desirable.
• Experience in developing new ideas and projects and reviewing physical procedures and standard work for all functional areas of Logistics & BOI to ensure they are up-to-date and contribute to our company and factories.
• Excellent Communication Skills both internal and external with Good in English and Thai.
• Strong business acumen with strategy to align with KPI division goal and company policy.
• Proven computer skills in Microsoft suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word and etc.
