The Senior Accountant at Pall Corporation is responsible for overall finance and accounting activities for Pall Singapore and Philippines, ensuring accurate and efficient accounting records in accordance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.

Kewajiban

• Being the key role in finance organization in SEA, to be responsible for full sets of accounts for Thailand, across all finance functions including AP/AR/GL/FA/IC
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting in a “no surprise” environment
• Responsibility for maintaining internal financial controls, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and statutory audits and Danaher Internal Audits
• Work closely with local tax agent to ensure on time submission of corporate tax, and other tax queries; manage VAT submission
• Ensure a sound control environment across the entities and personally be a champion for compliance, zero tolerance, and transparency

Kualifikasi

• Undergraduate Degree in Accounting with 5- 7 years of experience in full sets of accounting handling whole entity and/or country
• Strong knowledge in US GAAP and IFRS is a must, with good understanding of financial controls, SOX, Corporate Governance and risk management
• Proficient knowledge on statutory reporting, corporate tax and VAT
• Good working knowledge of Excel, SAP & One Stream
• Good understanding of financial controls, SOX, Corporate Governance and risk management;
• Good influencing and communication skills across different levels and culture
• A self-starter who is adaptable, resourceful and systems savvy.
• Can work under short deadlines and time pressure. Confident in handling ambiguity.
