The Assistant Service Manager is responsible for achieving service revenue targets, managing service team members, handling customer complaints, and overseeing administrative tasks. They must also motivate and coach staff, maintain service center tools, and perform other assigned duties.
Kewajiban
• Achieving Throughput and Service Revenue Targets.
• Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring progress, and managing service team members.
• Handling customer complaints or concerns professionally.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as managing invoices and tracking inventory.
• Setting up and maintaining a service desk and evaluating its efficiency.
• Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods.
• Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create solutions.
• Motivating and coaching staff within the Aftersales Department.
• Providing and maintaining tools for the service center and facilities.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Power Technology or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in aftersales, service, operations.
• Experience in car maintenance and service with luxury and supercars is a plus.
• Teamwork, positive attitude, strong interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies with a can-do attitude.
