R&D Pharmacist Responsibilities:
âĒConduct research and development projects for pharmaceutical products.
âĒEnsure compliance with regulatory guidelines throughout the R&D process.
âĒDevelop and optimize drug formulations to replicate the profile of marketed drugs for generic purposes.
âĒDesign and validate analytical methods for product evaluation.
âĒCollaborate with cross-functional teams for project coordination, problem-solving, and new product development.
âĒManage projects within defined timelines and budgets.
âĒAnalyze data and prepare reports and presentations.
âĒStay updated with industry advancements and regulatory requirements.
QC Pharmacist Responsibilities:

Kualifikasi
R&D Pharmacist Requirements:
âĒBachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
âĒover 2 years of experience in R&D Role.
âĒStrong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation development, drug delivery systems, and/or analytical techniques.
âĒFamiliarity with regulatory guidelines and requirements, such as FDA regulations, pharmacopeia, ACTD.
âĒProficient in data analysis and scientific report writing.
âĒProject management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines.
âĒExcellent communication and presentation skills.
âĒDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
âĒAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
âĒPrior experience in pharmaceutical research and development is preferred.
QC Pharmacist Requirements:
