Kewajiban

The Cloud Architect is a hands-on architect accountable for articulating, architecting & actively assisting with selling & delivery of Oracle Consulting’s service offerings around integrating the entire Oracle Cloud (& On-premise) Technology stack with the Business Requirements of our clients in order to deliver transformation.
• Owns the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and coordinated business solutions.
• Anticipates project risks and suggest risk mitigation to project manager.
• Resolves sophisticated customer issues by recommending solutions.
• Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products.
• Act as a recognized authority and leading contributor within the practice.
• Assist in the growth and development of the digital (UX/DX) domain for consulting in ASEAN and SAGE.
• Provide hands-on leadership and direction, contributing to the growth of intellectual capital in the industry and supporting the development of other consultants through mentoring and/or coaching activities.
• Works directly with consulting sales to analyze customer business needs and carries a soft quota.
• Leading key projects delivery as the engagement lead and solution advisor.
• Business case development, project and program management, business development, proposal writing and management.

Kualifikasi

• Broad understanding of solutions, industry standard methodologies, multiple business processes or technology designs across multiple product/technology families.
• Experience in consulting and delivering technology solutions.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to analyze customer business needs and develop appropriate solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
