The Equipment Supervisor (Warehouse & Distribution) is responsible for overseeing equipment-related activities, ensuring accurate documentation, monitoring performance, and providing support to team members while contributing to strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain standardized document templates and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all equipment-related activities, including maintenance records, calibration certificates, and loaner agreements.
• Monitor equipment performance against established KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct cost analysis of equipment demos and loaners to provide valuable insights for management decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports on equipment utilization, maintenance costs, and other relevant metrics.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in troubleshooting routine equipment issues and resolving technical problems.
• Contribute to the development of the CAPEX strategy by providing recommendations and insights based on equipment needs and performance data.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in equipment control and management, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge in medical business and regulatory would be advantages.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, related tool).
